The AGM will be held at Shipley Library on 13th March 2025 at 12.30 - 14.30.
Due to organisational changes and resource limitations, VITAL is looking to propose a transition from a ‘membership model’ to an ‘associated model’ charitable incorporated organisation. We intend to make this proposal formerly at our Annual General Meeting in March. This change will allow our Trustees, who are deeply involved in the charity’s work, to fulfil their roles more effectively. Individual members who are not actively engaged will be transitioned to supporters.
The core services and mission of VITAL will remain unchanged, and we will continue to operate within the legal framework for charities. If you are a current member and wish to become a supporter, no action is required on your part; we will handle the transition and keep you informed, as necessary.
